Paralegal Profession
A Paralegal Profession is a person, qualified through education, training or work experience to perform substantive legal work that requires knowledge of legal concepts and is customarily, but not exclusively, performed by a lawyer. The Paralegal Profession may be retained or employed by a lawyer, law office, governmental agency or other entity or may be authorized by administrative, statutory or court authority to perform this work. Substantive shall mean work requiring recognition, evaluation, organization, analysis, and communication of relevant facts and legal concepts

One Killed Because Consumption Water In A Hotel Posted: 14 Dec 2009 09:01 AM PST Around 300 guests Hotel EPIC in Miami have been evacuated from a luxury hotel after a guest is found dead and two others were hit by sudden illness and bacteria from local waters. The Miami Herald, citing local health officials reported, the guests are sent to a nearby hotel on Sunday to prevent contact with legionnaires disease. A person can become infected by breathing or breathing vapor contaminated with bacteria. According to the Center for Disease Prevention local control, these bacteria can not spread from person to person, An investigation revealed that the hotel had installed a water filter strong enough to remove the chlorine from the water supply. In the previous case, last week a man at Gainesville also died after consuming water at the Shands Cancer Hospital. |
